Standard directory registration on Saran Index is 100% Free of Charge for all genuine local businesses, advocates, doctors, schools, government entities, and emergency service providers operating in Saran District (Chapra, Bihar).
Since basic directory submissions are provided free of cost, no payment is required for standard listing publication.
2. Paid Advertising & Featured Services
OfferPlant Technologies Private Limited may offer optional paid promotional packages, featured listing placements, homepage banner slots, or verified badge processing for business owners seeking higher digital visibility across Saran District.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds for optional paid services or featured promotions are applicable strictly under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged multiple times due to a payment gateway technical error.
- Service Non-Delivery: If a paid featured listing package or banner advertisement is not activated on the platform within 5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Cancellation Request Before Activation: If a written cancellation request is submitted before the paid promotional service goes live on the platform.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
- If the paid featured or banner advertisement campaign has already been published and activated for the agreed duration.
- If a listing is removed or suspended due to submission of fraudulent, illegal, deceptive, or policy-violating information.
- Change of mind after the promotional service has been actively running.
5. Refund Processing & Timelines
Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card) used during the transaction.
